I respect that about you.

You also talk about exercise&#039;s legitimate benefits.

You&#039;ve convinced me to stop &quot;beating myself up&quot; because I set, but don&#039;t follow, a highly ambitious exercise plan regularly... and instead to commit to 2, 30 minute strength training sessions a week.

Thanks for the advice about eating too. To say the least I&#039;ve been doing the opposite for too long, and have reaped awful results as a consequence. I will now reverse course on this too.</description>
